Lent: The forty sacred days of Lent begin on Feb. 18. We will have an Ash Wednesday soup supper at 5:30 p.m. that evening, followed by worship with Holy Communion at 6:30 p.m. We'll continue to gather each Wednesday evening during Lent to follow our Savior to his cross.
Our Lenten theme this year is, "I Tell You the Truth," This sermon series focuses on some of Jesus’ attention-getting and faith-building “I tell you the truth” statements, a translation of the Greek word "amen." May Jesus’ “amens” lead us to sound our own “amens” in response.
